I really wanted to stick to Autumn/Winter inspiration but really needed a sunny lift, the days are too grey and it is getting dark far too soon. This is the first shoot of many I will be posting by the inspiring photographer/stylist Julia Galdo. I am love with everything about this shoot the colours, the location, the clothes and most of all the beautiful girl. All so perfect!....
I have been stumbling accross images by the talented Wendy for a while now not quite realizing how recent they all were. This London based photographer's style is amazing with an incredible Portfolio you just can't stop flicking through. I am in love with the images above in particular. The girl's hair is a style I just have to try.
As the A/W orders have been flooding in my days are getting increasingly busy. So apologies for lack of blog posts these past few weeks, I have been happily sewing away listening to music. I do plan on taking a weekend off at some point and I will take the time to catch up on posts I have been meaning to write. Also have a give away planned soon so be sure to pass by and see!
I love browsing through the web stats to read all the lovely posts written on Nadinoo, always brightens up my day! This week I came across these two lovely mood boards by N.E.E.T. magazine's new blog and oh, hello friend the lovely inspiration blog.
Lyell produce such delightful collections season after season. I am becoming a huge fan of their mood shoots too, this latest one from the Fall 09 collection is just dreamy. I am tempted to paint water colours on the walls just to live in this Lyell dream..
Would like to say a huge thank you for all the support Nadinoo has received this new AW season, so many adorable posts about it too..
I never thought I would embrace the coming of Winter quite as happily or as easily as I have done this year! Being a creature of warmth and sun I usually get upset if the sun is hiding behind a cloud let alone gone for seasons. But we had our first snow last week and as I took a walk into town and the fresh cold air hit me I couldn't help but get excited about Christmas, mulled wine and wrapping up warm by a cosy fire.
I just adore the styling in these pics, I recently bought a huge wool poncho from a local flea market which when accompanied by some thick winter tights and brown leather boots will finish the look perfectly. Reminds me a little of Sienna Miller and Keira Knightley in the film I have yet to watch "The Edge of love".
Finally the new season is here!! Arrived back from the UK early this week to find that Autumn was in full swing here in Germany, have to say I'm loving the new backdrop and wrapping up warm by the fire with a steamy cup of tea.. Been busy uploading the new collection onto the online boutique, hope you are enjoying the new layout as much as me.. Still a few tiny things to be done but think it fits the new seasons mood perfectly!
There is also a hand written interview with myself on there, it was the hardest thing I have done in a long while.. I am so dependent on typing I forgot how unreadable my handwriting had become.. Anywho four efforts later and I finally completed this simple task.. Hope you can read it!
The new look website is fully up and running, I'm really pleased with the result. Would love to say a huge thanks to Chris Baisden for working so hard on it and also for being so patient with me.
The new season will start to trickle in during the coming week and hopefully be fully active next Monday when I am back from my UK trip.
